"Facilitating time-aligned measurements for user equipments (UEs) and base stations for positioning" was invented by Alexandros Manolakos (Escondido, Calif.), Mukesh Kumar (Hyderabad, India), Sony Akkarakaran (Poway, Calif.), Guttorm Ringstad Opshaug (Redwood City, Calif.), Sven Fischer (Nuremberg, Germany) and Stephen William Edge (Escondido, Calif.).
