According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may detect and report blockage conditions based on measuring signal strengths of reference signals. A UE may determine a slew rate for the signal strength, corresponding to a rate of change of a signal strength parameter (e....
