ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,671,084, issued on June 30, was assigned to POW-STOR Inc. (Boca Raton, Fla.).
"Energy storage device and method of manufacturing thereof" was invented by Saban Akyildiz (Boca Raton, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An energy storage device comprising an electrode having a borophene layer, which includes borophene particles and an ionic liquid, the energy storage device providing high capacity, fast charging, light weight, and long shelf life, and a method of manufacturing the energy storage device."
