ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. PP37,367, issued on April 14, was assigned to POULSEN ROSER A/S (Fredensborg, Denmark).
"Hybrid tea rose plant named 'Poulpmt010'" was invented by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Fredensborg, Denmark).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new garden rose plant of the Hybrid Tea class which has abundant, red and orange yellow reverse bi-color flowers and attractive foliage. This now and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation."
The patent was filed on Sept. 15, 2025, under Application No. 18/831,797.
