ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,616, issued on April 7, was assigned to Postle Industries Inc. (Cleveland).

"Work string tubing connection restoration" was invented by Robert F. Miller (Cleveland), James D. Allen (Cleveland) and Steven L. Stefancic (Cleveland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A hardfacing metal composition and method of restoring worn work string tubing by application of a hardfacing metal to the worn regions of the work string tubing."
