ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,578, issued on June 23, was assigned to PLAN C LLC (Bend, Ore.).

"Pliable handheld game and its associated method of manufacture" was invented by Kevin Williams (Seabrook, S.C.) and Steven Edward Walterscheid (Bend, Ore.).
