ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,599,168, issued on April 14, was assigned to Philip Morris Products S.A. (Neuchatel, Switzerland).

"Cartridge comprising nicotine and a water-immiscible solvent" was invented by Jakub Bialek (Neuchatel, Switzerland), Jean-Pierre Schaller (Neuchatel, Switzerland) and Aline Vuarnoz-Bize (Neuchatel, Switzerland).
