ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,670,631, issued on June 30, was assigned to PANASONIC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CORPORATION OF AMERICA (Torrance, Calif.).
"Three-dimensional data encoding method, three-dimensional data decoding method, three-dimensional data encoding device, and three-dimensional data decoding device" was invented by Toshiyasu Sugio (Osaka, Japan) and Noritaka Iguchi (Osaka, Japan).
