ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,743,294, issued on Sept. 22, was assigned to Oracle International Corp. (Redwood Shores, Calif.).

"De-centralized workflow execution based on sequentially transferring control of an execution process among a plurality of virtual machines" was invented by Vivian Qian Lee (Berkshire, Great Britain), Lyudmil Valentinov Pelov (Hamburg, Germany), Qiu Qin (Centreville, Va.) and Daren Race (Montara, Calif.).
