ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,636,340, issued on May 26, was assigned to ONYX PHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) and Janssen Biotech Inc. (Horsham, Pa.).
"Methods of treating multiple myeloma" was invented by Zandra Klippel (Newbury Park, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are methods of treating a subject suffering from multiple myeloma by administering a triplet therapy of carfilzomib, dexamethasone, and an antibody that specifically recognizes CD38."
