"Oral solution based on citicoline and nicotinamide for use in the treatment of glaucoma" was invented by Cristiano Virno (Rome) and Marco Malizia (Rome).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a composition for oral use in the form of aqueous solution comprising citicoline and nicotinamide and said composition for use in the treatment of glaucoma. The present invention further relates to the pharmaceutical form in aqueous solution characterized by high bioavailability."
