ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,586,861, issued on March 24, was assigned to Oklahoma Safety Equipment Co. Inc. (Broken Arrow, Okla.).

"Breathable overpressure assembly" was invented by Robert Jackson (Broken Arrow, Okla.) and Jonathan Franks (Catoosa, Okla.).
