ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,730,676, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Memory allocation for processing sequential data" was invented by Tushar Khinvasara (Pune, India).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to allocate memory based on a part of a sequence of items. In at least one embodiment, memory is allocated based on the size of a sliding window used to analyze images with neural networks."
The patent was filed on March 2, 2022, under Application No. 17/685,277.
