ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,749,146, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Generating image blending weights" was invented by Pekka Janis (Uusimaa, Finland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques are presented to reconstruct one or more images. In at least one embodiment, one or more anisotropic filters are used to determine one or more pixel blending weights."
