US Patent Issued to NVIDIA on Aug. 11 for "Busbar configuration in a data center infrastructure" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,706,546, issued on Aug. 11, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Busbar configuration in a data center infrastructure" was invented by Manas Jagadev (Santa Clara, Calif.) and Sandeep Gandhi (Santa Clara, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments described herein provide a hollow L-shaped structure used as a busbar for distributing electrical power in a data center. In at least one embodiment, the hollow L-shaped busbar may be made by folding a trapezoidal sheet of conductive metal."

The patent was filed on July 13, 2023, under Application No. 18/351,996.
