US Patent Issued to NTT on June 23 for "Wavelength tunable device" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,663,667, issued on June 23, was assigned to NTT INC. (Tokyo).

"Wavelength tunable device" was invented by Yurina Tanaka (Tokyo), Yuichi Akage (Tokyo), Takashi Sakamoto (Tokyo) and Soichi Oka (Tokyo).
