ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,738,222, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to Novatek Microelectronics Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Display device" was invented by Hung-I Wang (Hsinchu City, Taiwan), Hui-Feng Lin (Taichung City, Taiwan) and Yen-Tao Liao (Hsinchu City, Taiwan).
