"Machine-learning driven data analysis based on demographics, risk, and need" was invented by Sina Chehrazi (New York), Josh Allen Brown (San Diego), Lisa Renee Carpenter (Jackson, Wyo.), Akash Magoon (New York) and Aman Magoon (Fallston, Md.).
