US Patent Issued to National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia on June 2 for "Reconfigurable metasurfaces and x-band RF devices employing the acoustoelectric effect" (New Mexico, Indiana Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,647,102, issued on June 2, was assigned to National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia LLC (Albuquerque, N.M.).

"Reconfigurable metasurfaces and x-band RF devices employing the acoustoelectric effect" was invented by Aleem Mohammad Siddiqui (Albuquerque, N.M.), Thomas Edwin Beechem III (Lafayette, Ind.) and Amun Jarzembski (Albuquerque, N.M.).
