ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,618,301, issued on May 5, was assigned to NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Tokyo).
