ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,671,014, issued on June 30, was assigned to NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MATERIALS SCIENCE (Ibaraki, Japan) and Japan Superconductivity Application Development Inc. (Kanagawa, Japan).
