ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,510, issued on March 3, was assigned to MODERN MAMMOTH TECHNOLOGIES LLC (Jasper, Ga.).
"Nasal dilator apparatus" was invented by Alejandro Garcia Rojas (Winters, Calif.) and Valerie Fournier (Winters, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A "frame-like" nasal dilator that is configured to open a user's nasal passages and maintain the user's nasal passages in an open position to improve breathing. The nasal dilator has an overall shape that mimics the shape of a butterfly, with right and left stent sections or "wings" that apply gentle pressure to open the nasal passages."
