ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,565,544, issued on March 3, was assigned to MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD. (Tokyo) and THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO (Tokyo).
