ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,537,198, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (Tokyo).

"Carbon material for negative electrode of non-aqueous secondary battery, negative electrode for non-aqueous secondary battery, and non-aqueous secondary battery" was invented by Daigo Nagayama (Inashiki-gun, Japan), Tooru Fuse (Sakaide, Japan) and Hisako Kondo (Yokohama, Japan).
