"Closet auger" was invented by Jacob K. Lindsey (Milwaukee), Steven J. Berg Jr. (Wauwatosa, Wis.), Justin D. Miller (Richfield, Wis.) and Terry L. Timmons (Oconomowoc, Wis.).
