ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,575,586, issued on March 17, was assigned to MEIJI Co. LTD. (Tokyo).
"Hydrous oily food" was invented by Kazuya Inoue (Tokyo), Masamichi Tokunaga (Tokyo) and Yuri Nishiyama (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A hydrous oily food having a moisture content of 3% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less, and containing a water-based continuous phase and an oil-based continuous phase."
