According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A semiconductor device including a first gate electrode, a first gate insulating film in contact with the first gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor layer in contact with the first gate insulating film, and a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor layer, wherein the first gate electrode, the source electrode, and the drain electrode are either an electrode consisting of copper (Cu) containing manganese (...
