ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,603,034, issued on April 14, was assigned to MAGNOLIA WHITE Corp. (Tokyo).
"CMOS circuit" was invented by Kenji Harada (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to one embodiment, a CMOS circuit includes a p-channel type transistor including a polycrystalline silicon layer and an n-channel type transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer, and the p-channel transistor and the n-channel transistor are complementarily connected to each other, and the polycrystalline silicon layer and the oxide semiconductor layer overlap each other in plan view."
The patent was filed on Sept. 29, 2023, under Application No. 18/477,555.
