ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,663,566, issued on June 23, was assigned to LIVING OPTICS Ltd. (Oxford, Great Britain).

"Optical relay system" was invented by Robin Wang (Oxford, Great Britain), Stephen Chappell (Oxford, Great Britain), Samuel Martyn Hornett (Oxford, Great Britain) and John D Griffith (Rochester, N.Y.).
