ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,785,177, issued on Nov. 3, was assigned to LG Energy Solution Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Battery cell including sealed portion having embossed pattern formed thereon and sealing block for manufacturing the same" was invented by Gyung Soo Kang (Daejeon, South Korea) and Jae Ho Lee (Daejeon, South Korea).
