ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,576,198, issued on March 17, was assigned to Lazarus Technologies LLC (Nolensville, Tenn.).

"Trauma patient hemorrhage control including rapid autotransfusion" was invented by Tom Bozzay (Little Rock, Ark.).
