ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,667,906, issued on June 30, was assigned to Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc. (Fort Washington, Pa.).

"Methods of calibrating an ultrasonic characteristic on a wire bonding system" was invented by Jon W. Brunner (Sellersville, Pa.), Wei Qin (Ambler, Pa.), Aashish Shah (Chalfont, Pa.), Hui Xu (Chalfont, Pa.) and Jeong Ho Yang (Blue Bell, Pa.).
