ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,642,766, issued on June 2, was assigned to KOREA UNIVERSITY RESEARCH AND BUSINESS FOUNDATION (Seoul, South Korea) and KOREA ADVANCED INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Daejeon, South Korea).

"EDB-FN as biomarker of cancer and/or brain disease and nanodrug delivery system targeting same" was invented by Kyuha Chong (Seoul, South Korea), Phei Er Saw (Guangdong, China) and Jungsul Lee (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).
