ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,419, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to KOLON INDUSTRIES INC. (Seoul, South Korea) and ATTOMETAL TECH PTE. LTD. (Singapore).
"Fe-based alloy and alloy powder" was invented by Choongnyun Paul Kim (Seoul, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Fe-based alloy and alloy powder obtainable therefrom according to one aspect of the present invention comprise iron (Fe), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), and niobium (Nb), and, may contain, relative to 100 wt % of iron, 17.22-58.23 wt % chromium, 1.2-26.1 wt % molybdenum, and 0.12-6.22 wt % niobium."
