US Patent Issued to KIDS2 on March 24 for "Flip-up potty seat" (Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,582,273, issued on March 24, was assigned to KIDS2 LLC (Atlanta).

"Flip-up potty seat" was invented by Dana Chicca (Somerset, Mass.) and Robert Blackadar (Worcester, Mass.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A flip-up potty seat for a standard toilet includes a mount secured to the underside of the toilet lid by a removable attachment such as an adhesive pad, hook-and-loop fastener with adhesive, one or more suction cups, a magnet with adhesive, a fastener, or a clamp.
