US Patent Issued to KDDI on June 30 for "Image decoding device, image decoding method, and program" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,671,809, issued on June 30, was assigned to KDDI Corp. (Tokyo).
