ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,636,236, issued on May 26, was assigned to KAO Corp. (Tokyo).
"Film-forming composition for skin" was invented by Motoaki Ito (Sumida-ku, Japan) and Kaori Ishida (Sumida-ku, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A film-forming composition for skin, including components (A) and (B): (A) a silicone-based film-forming agent; and (B) a fiber having an average fiber diameter of 0.1 micro metre or more and 7 micro metre or less in an amount of 0.05 mass % or more and 2 mass % or less relative to the whole film-forming composition. A mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (A), (B/A), is 0.05 or more and 1 or less."
