"Opto-electric system of enhanced operator control station protection" was invented by Ignacy Puszkiewicz (Hagerstown, Md.), Matthew I. Gilbride (Frederick, Md.), David W. Lombardo (Walkersville, Md.) and Brian K. Mohlman (Broad Top, Pa.).
