ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,593,951, issued on April 7, was assigned to iRobot Corp. (Bedford, Mass.).

"Contextual and user experience based mobile robot control" was invented by Cory White (Newburyport, Mass.), Sam Hong (Boston), Craig Michael Butterworth (Somerville, Mass.) and Michael Foster (Stoneham, Mass.).
