ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,600,737, issued on April 14, was assigned to INV Nylon Chemicals Americas LLC (Wilmington, Del.).

"Bidentate phosphite ligands, catalytic compositions containing such ligands, and catalytic processes utilizing such catalytic compositions" was invented by Benjamin David Herzog (Wichita, Kan.) and William J. Tenn III (Beaumont, Texas).
