US Patent Issued to INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS & FRAGRANCES on July 21 for "Microencapsulation with potato proteins" (New Jersey Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,685,327, issued on July 21, was assigned to INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS & FRAGRANCES INC. (New York).

"Microencapsulation with potato proteins" was invented by Amir Malaki Nik (Union Beach, N.J.), Adam Toth (Union Beach, N.J.) and Ronald Gabbard (Union Beach, N.J.).
