US Patent Issued to International Business Machines on Feb. 24 for "Hybrid memory for neuromorphic applications" (New York Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,562,225, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to International Business Machines Corp. (Armonk, N.Y.).

"Hybrid memory for neuromorphic applications" was invented by Juntao Li (Cohoes, N.Y.), Kangguo Cheng (Schenectady, N.Y.), Carl Radens (Lagrangeville, N.Y.) and Ruilong Xie (Niskayuna, N.Y.).
