ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,604,531, issued on April 14, was assigned to Intel Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Standard cell architecture without power delivery space allocation" was invented by Sukru Yemenicioglu (Portland, Ore.), Richard E. Schenker (Portland, Ore.), Xinning Wang (Portland, Ore.), Mauro J. Kobrinsky (Portland, Ore.) and Tahir Ghani (Portland, Ore.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the disclosure are directed to advanced integrated circuit structure fabrication and, in particular, to standard cell architectures without power delivery space allocation. Other embodiments may be described or claimed."
