ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,746,220, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to INDUSTRY-ACADEMIC COOPERATION FOUNDATION, YONSEI UNIVERSITY (Seoul, South Korea).
"Pharmaceutical composition for treatment or prevention of ischemic cardiovascular disease" was invented by Young Sup Yoon (Seoul, South Korea), Ki Bum Lee (Monmouth Junction, N.J.), Hyeon Yeol Cho (Seoul, South Korea) and Sy-Tsong Chueng (Piscataway, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided in the present specification is an ETV2 transcription factor comprising: a polyamide comprising a domain binding to DNA (DNA binding domain) of an ETV2 gene; a nuclear localization signal peptide; and a nano-particle."
