US Patent Issued to IGT on Aug. 4 for "Situational bonus events associated with gaming establishment ticket vouchers" (Nevada Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,700,285, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to IGT (Las Vegas).

"Situational bonus events associated with gaming establishment ticket vouchers" was invented by Dwayne Nelson (Las Vegas), Kevin Higgins (Reno, Nev.) and Robert Silva (Reno, Nev.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Systems and methods that offer zero, one or more bonus events in association with a procurement and/or a redemption of a ticket voucher associated with an amount of funds."
