ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,676,343, issued on July 7, was assigned to Hyundai Motor Co. (Seoul, South Korea), Kia Corp. (Seoul, South Korea) and SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY R&DB FOUNDATION (Seoul, South Korea).
"Anode-free all-solid-state battery capable of operating at low temperature and method of manufacturing the same" was invented by Seung Ho Choi (Hwaseong, South Korea), Sang Heon Lee (Yongin, South Korea), Ga Hyeon Im (Hwaseong, South Korea), Yun Sung Kim (Hwaseong, South Korea), Jang Wook Choi (Seoul, South Korea) and Ji Eun Lee (Seongnam, South Korea).
