"High permittivity antiferroelectric and manufacturing method thereof" was invented by Hyung Suk Kim (Gwangmyeong-si, South Korea), Hyo Soon Shin (Jinju-si, South Korea), Dong Hun Yeo (Seoul, South Korea) and Jeoung Sik Choi (Changwon-si, South Korea).
