ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,752,459, issued on Oct. 6, was assigned to Holcombe CVI LLC (Ault, Colo.).
"Calibrated concrete moisture control system" was invented by Brent A. Holcombe (Severance, Colo.) and James K. Brewster (Eaton, Colo.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the invention generally relate to a concrete moisture control system including a controller operable to control a water pump and a proportional control valve to adjust the flow rate of water delivered to the amounts of materials dispensed per unit time from each of a plurality of material holding bins to control the moisture in the production of concrete."
