ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. D1,131,831, issued on June 23, was assigned to Hitachi Global Life Solutions Inc. (Tokyo).
"Clean room facility" was invented by Noritoshi Nishimura (Tokyo), Nobuhiro Imaguchi (Tokyo), Kazuhito Matsuzaki (Tokyo) and Koki Hamada (Tokyo).
