ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,728,135, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to HERBOLEA BIOTECH S.P.A. (Sesto Fiorentino, Italy).

"Cannabinoid concentrate and isolate, method of obtaining the same and use thereof" was invented by Giovanni Venturini Del Greco (Florence, Italy), Lorenzo Venturini Del Greco (Florence, Italy) and Deborha Decorti (Cormons, Italy).
